Educating, Inspiring, and Empowering Women for a Stronger Community United Way of Salt Lake understands the power of women's philanthropy. Our Women's Philanthropic Network educates women about their personal power as philanthropists, and aligns their passions and leadership skills with community needs. The WPN embraces a diverse group of women from all walks of life including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and government leaders, as well as women from the community at large. Women want to know that their efforts are instrumental in bringing about community change. That's why Women's Philanthropic Network members utilize their resources to support United Way of Salt Lake's Immigrant and Refugee Integration initiative. Through the power of philanthropy, this energetic, diverse network of women is creating a brighter future for individuals and for our entire community. The WPN is led by volunteers. In addition to their minimum annual $2,500 financial commitment, each member has the opportunity to serve on a committee.
