Day of Caring

Day of Caring 2014 is just around the corner and we are gearing up for the best year yet! Day of Caring engages more than 4,000 volunteers from over 115 local companies. Volunteers spend upwards of 36,000 hours completing more than 100 one-day service projects in Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele counties. Volunteer efforts help United Way of Salt Lake advance the education, income, and health of our neighborhoods and communities. Volunteers reach thousands of our most vulnerable citizens and build a stronger community for us all. Last year we saved our community over $615,000! This year, our goal is to have 5,000 volunteers participate!
