Training and Support

UWSL is available to support your ClientTrack experience in a number of ways, the Data Management Team will:

  • contact you within the first 30 days of utilization to provide support and offer advice,
  • schedule a monthly data check in, where we will offer support and information and discuss the complex issues around data privacy and sharing. This check in could be phone call, face to face or virtual meeting and is determined by your schedule and preferences.
  • maintain the Promise Partner Resource Page on the Partner website with pertinent ClientTrack information
  • offer quarterly introductory trainings in addition to special topic trainings such as: creating events, running queries and reports, maintaining security, and other topics as determined by partners
