HOW DO I TRACK A BILL DURING THE SESSION?

United Way of Salt Lake will track our policy priorities and keep you up to date through our Action Center and the Policy Matters newsletter. You can also use the legislative Bill Tracking Service and Reading Calendar to track our priorities and other legislation.

Where do I park?

Parking can be difficult on the Hill, but busses run every 15 minutes from Downtown to the Capitol, which also happens to be in the Downtown Free Zone. Route 500 will take you right to the Capitol doors. Here you can find a schedule to the Capitol and back to Downtown. Also, if you plan to drive up to the Capitol, parking is available at the Visitor's Parking lot just east of the Capitol or on the surrounding streets.  For detailed directions visit the Capitol Website.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A LETTER TO THE EDITOR?

Opinion pieces and public forum letters can be submitted by mail, email, or fax. Please visit the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News websites for more information on content, submission, and staff contacts.
