Granger Elementary

Granger Elementary Community School, a United Way Neighborhood Center, is the largest elementary school in the Granite School District. The school has more 860 students and 79 percent qualify for free and reduced price lunch. Seventy-nine percent are ethnic minority, and 75 percent do not speak English as their primary language. United Way of Salt Lake and Promise West Valley partners collaborate at Granger Elementary. Daytime curriculum, afterschool programs, youth mentoring, family health services, adult education, and many other services are aligned and coordinated to leverage overall impact and improve outcomes for children and families.
