United Way of Salt Lake partners with the Utah Refugee Coalition (URC) to increase leadership capacity among the refugee population in Salt Lake City. URC works with nonprofit and private organizations to enhance refugee leadership and improve the capacity of refugee led community organizations and consequently refugee integration.
